John is responsible for the overall industry intelligence, client delivery and strategic direction of ParkLexington. Prior to founding ParkLexington in 2011, John served as Managing Director of Global Sourcing and Vendor Management for BlackRock, Chief Procurement Officer at AllianceBernstein, and an Sourcing & Operations Improvement Manager for AXA Financial / AXA Investment Management.

John has an MBA in Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Marketing and Business Law from The Pennsylvania State University. John currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy and Chairs the Assets and Endowment Investment Committees.

Eric leads ParkLexington’s Investment Manager Operational Consulting practice helping firms of all sizes build and enhance their Front, Middle and Back Office infrastructure.

Prior to joining ParkLexington in 2014, Eric served as Middle Office Process Efficiency Lead with State Street IMS (Middle Office Insourcing), Internal Consultant with AllianceBernstein, and Middle Office Operations Manager with AllianceBernstein.

Eric has an MBA in Financial Management from Iona University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Providence College.  Eric formally served on the Board of Directors of Child Guidance Resource Centers and in his free time, enjoys playing golf and basketball.

John leads ParkLexington’s Fund Optimization practice and has deep experience in the financial services industry, bringing with him a wide range of investment, operations, finance, and accounting knowledge.

Prior to joining ParkLexington, John served as a manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York overseeing the operations of the 2008 crisis-era facilities and the SOMA portfolio and as a manager at Ernst & Young LLP leading numerous large-scale audit and advisory engagements.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  John is also an active member in his community serving as a volunteer for many local and school programs.

Deanna is an implementation lead in ParkLexington’s Investment Manager Operational Consulting practice where she uses her experience in operations, client service, and project management to deliver optimal results for clients.

Prior to joining ParkLexington, Deanna was a Project Manager in JP Morgan’s Collateral Operations group and a Derivatives Client Service Associate at JP Morgan supporting their Mutual Fund and Institutional clients. Prior to JP Morgan, Deanna was the manager of the Futures and Options team at AllianceBernstein.

Deanna graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in Marketing and Operations Management.

Saloni supports ParkLexington’s Investment Manager Operational Consulting practice, applying her extensive knowledge of Institutional, Retail SMA and Private Wealth operations to drive enhancements to Front, Middle and Back Office infrastructure for clients.
Prior to joining ParkLexington in 2021, Saloni served as Senior Operations Specialist with Archer IMS, Performance Analyst with Aberdeen Asset Management, Portfolio Administration Analyst with AllianceBernstein and Portfolio Administrator with Wright Investors’ Service.
Saloni has a B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

As our in-house expert of data and analytics, Raghu brings technological sophistication and automation to deliver business solutions to our clients with advanced machine learning and optimization models.

Prior to ParkLexington, Raghu worked for State Street Hedge Fund division as Senior Associate building complex financial models, and JPMorgan Chase, as a Team leader where he was instrumental in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the firm and pioneered the implementation of an enhanced workflow tool.

Raghu has master’s in Business Analytics from Arizona State University and M.Sc. (Hons.) and B.E. (Hons.) from BITS Pilani, India. He is also a certified lean practitioner with Lean six sigma green belt.
